“Celebration of Survival.” NYT reviews the Psychic TV show at Club Europa last Sunday.  I was there…it was joyful, spontaneous, and felt pretty legendary.   Local resident and industrial music legend Genesis and the band, now in its third incarnation, came on stage in a swirl of smoke, costumes, projections and makeup. They had fun, so we had fun.

Honeymooners Trivia. Did you know that the rundown walk-up from the show, supposedly in Bensonhurst, was actually Jackie Gleason’s childhood home on the Bushwick/Bedstuy border? Betcha didn’t.
