Confusing Article, Wrong Jeans. Look at the person in the picture (pay particular attention to the jean wash). Then look at the prominently framed L Magazine stand (this is a Time Out Article). First caption: dorky and irrelevant. Second caption: wrong. There is so much that is actually cool about this area, I just don’t get it.

Bushwick Open Studios had a great thing today, and while the art was mostly miss, some of the performance and installation was hit…
It really hit me what a great neighborhood we live in. It’s not the architecture or the real estate values. It’s the people. Hooray.

Imagine, a modern-day pioneer ground-breaking cinematic outlet right in the ‘Wick’s own backyard. The Starr Space @ 108 Starr St is such a wonderfully inspired revival of a fantastic audio/visual idea and deserves our neighborly support. It’s located a 108 Starr Street. Molly Surno, we salute you.
