Bushwick Urban Archaeology: Crack Baggie

Not every small baggie is for crack. Doesn’t heroin come like that, too? Whatever it was that came in this baggie, it was a popular item — there are hundreds of them mixed into my nasty yard’s dirt. Every once in a while, I find a new one out front in the tree pit with the circulars, chip bags, half-full quarter waters, and other ghetto detritus.
