Bushwick Clicks: Love for the L, Double Dutch

Bushwick Avenue, by miggyboybitoy
Get on Early: The Straphangers Campaign has rated the L line #1 in the city. That does not speak well for the other lines. But maybe it’s all in how you ride it.
Click, Click, Click (and Cricket): Double dutch will soon become a varsity sport in New York high schools; Bushwick girls squeal with glee. I wonder: will they be scored on the rhymes, too?
Oh You Didn’t Mean Random Random…: Metro NY “randomly” picks an NYC block to review — and wow! They got the block that’s home to St. Barbara’s Roman Catholic Church! What luck! Two millimeters to the left or right would have gotten them in the middle of a Hope Gardens complex. God must really be watching over them. Anyway, the reporter pats the cute Hispanicals on their adorable little heads and then notes a few laundromats as “amenities” before presumably burning rubber back to the city.
Sobrevive la Marqueta: Moore Street Retail Market might still survive — if it can make a profit. Otherwise the city will nix it in favor of “affordable housing.” …which as far as I know, is also non-profit. Anyway, in this episode, Vito and Nydia team up to do battle with the City.
Williamsbarf: This kitschy handbag-designing duo shows off their cheery Montrose-area apartment to Time Out — “We call it Billywick or Bushburg…You sound like an asshole when you say you’re from Williamsburg.”
Bushwick Houses 1, Cam Girl 0: All you need to make your neighbors’ homes vibrate for hours on end in Brooklyn is a permit, which is just about the only permit the city hands out with abandon in these parts. Something to think about when you live across the street from a several-thousand-unit public housing complex. And you work from home. On cam. NSFW
Soring and Blistering: Only a real estate agent could spin those stupid Scarano mezzanines into a room for your pets. I was particularly amused by the use of “nestled” to describe the siting of this condo building at a standard right-angled corner in the Montrose grid.
Ay Dosi Moi: The Brooklyn Daily Eagle has been around since 1841. So you think they’d know this gang shooting by “Los Traviseos” [sic] on Wyckoff was deep in Bushwick, not East Williamsburg.

The only thing that should be vibrating is my pu$$y from toys that men pay money per a minute to see me put in my pu$$y.
Next time bitches fuck with my money, I’m cam-ing outside.
