Oh. My. God. This is crushingly pathetic. 1) How do the 358 Grove people think this is cool? 2) How does DAPHNE think this is cool? She can’t sing, the lyrics are embarrassing, and 358 Grove is still ugly. Thanks to Curbed for scraping this off YouTube.

I am amazed at a couple of things:
1) Only in America can a pizza worker afford such a condo (unless, perhaps, her income is subsidized by her singing and songwriting?).

isn’t 358 Grove actually in Ridgewood? Anyway, you can have this one, Bushwick!! The levels of cultural cross-semination are mind boggling. But something was lost in translation…This truly and hilariously captures the culture clash of gentrification, hipsterdom, and immigration. It is brilliant! Dissertation, anyone?
