This weekend may very well be the last sunny and warm one of the year, and a good opportunity to sit outside and listen to some music. The third annual WickFest is this Saturday at Goodbye Blue Monday, bringing together local bands for an afternoon sun, booze, and music. Solo folky Christopher Paul Stelling will be playing the outdoor stage, along with Shoney Lamar, Sidestep Complex, and the End Men.
Should you get too much sun, or should the weather reports be completely wrong, there is a line-up for the indoor stage as well. The indoor stage will be headline by the Gypsy West, who are playing an acoustic set and will be joined by baroque pop band Noisy Crane and Many Mansions among others.
See the full line-up on the WickFest Facebook page.
WickFest officially starts at 2pm. Things kick off on the outdoor stage at 3.30pm, and music starts indoors at 4pm. Entry is free. Come early for barbecue.
