Some great stuff this week, from $1100-$1500, studios to huge railroads. Check out the Bushwick Classifieds for some more rentals, a few things for sale, and other services.

$1475 — 2br rr: Great, big, charming old apartment in an excellent location. Look at that ’30s tile on the kitchen walls! Tons of old details like parquet, moldings, and plasterwork, a little rough aroudn the edges but has fabulous bones you can easily whip into shape. Close to absolutely everything great in the hood.

$1125 — 1br: Not much in the photos but it’s a decent price and a nice place. Some original woordwork including parquet floors, ad says its renovated which should mean a new kitchen and bathroom, and it’s close to lots of food and shopping, and transportation.
Wyckoff and Myrtle | Myrtle-Wyckoff LM

$1500 — 2br: Cool tin ceilings look higher than typical, exposed brick, wood floors, tall windows, private terrace, and near food, shopping, and the train. Seems solid.

$1400 — 2br: Nice place, a good mix of exposed brick and preservation of old details. Big spaces, bright kitchen, and the area is a very nice tree-lined oasis in Bushwick.

$1100 — studio: Pricey for no bedroom, but if you want a slick new place with no old-building hassles, you might prefer this. It’s pretty nice, maybe a bit overly "modern," and the location is ok. Not much right nearby but the train is close and nothing is far on a bike. Plus you have tons of great architecture around you.
