It was a violent Memorial Day weekend in Bushwick, with one man dead, a teen recovering from a stab wound, and a fight that left several people with minor wounds.

A huge Monday night brawl at the Wilson Street L train stop caused delays for commuters as police suspend service to investigate.

Details are still sketchy, but sometime after 9pm a brawl on the Canarsie-bound track at the Wilson stop turned into pandemonium as people began to run out of the station. Both the Wilson and Halsey Street stations were closed off by police and service between Bedford Avenue and Broadway Junction were suspended.

Carlos Matias, whose aunt was punched in the face during the rumble, told BushwickBK that she was "shaken up" and saw a woman with a baby stroller pushed down the stairs. Police continue to investigate but NYPD public information officials would not comment.

The melee at the Wilson stop comes two months after transit police began flooding the L stops between Myrtle-Wyckoff and Broadway Junction after a number of snatch-and-run robberies.

Sunday was even worse. A man was killed steps away from his home and a teen was stabbed.

Calvin Louis-Juste was steps away from his 136 Moffat St. home when he was shot once in the neck at point blank range Sunday morning according to officials who spoke with the Daily News. The 24-year-old, who received his master’s degree from Cortland University last October, was on his way to meet friends when he was shot at 1:45am.

Louis-Juste was rushed to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where he died. No arrests have been made in connection to the shooting but six large shell casings were recovered at the scene.

In a separate incident, a Hispanic teen was beaten up and stabbed near Flushing Avenue between Humboldt St. and Broadway in what police are calling a gang-related stabbing.

Bucky Turco, who runs the AnimalNY blog, witnessed the incident and told BushwickBK a group of 15 teens attacked the victim, who was wearing rival gang beads.

"The kid stumbled into that new deli on Flushing. They called the cops," said Turco.

The teen was taken to Woodhull Hospital with minor stab wounds and police have obtained surveillance footage of the attack.
