Saturday looks to be the last sunny, pleasantly summery day for a while, so an afternoon outside listening to music sounds like a good way to pass the day. BirdDog, the guy behind the Bushwick Rooftop Festival, is also one of the guys behind the Out in the Streets Music Festival. It’s not really “out in the streest” as much as it’s “in the alley at Brooklyn Fireproof,” but they’re giving out free beer from 3pm-8pm, so we can forgive the symantics.

That, and the line-up is pretty great. postMagic, who we told you about last week, are playing an early set. Many hotly tipped locals are on the bill, including Sigmund Droid (which is up there with Ghengis Tron for historical figure/android puns) and Mirror Mirror, plus a headline set from electronic popsters Psychobuildings. Things are going late, with a DJ-powered afterparty starting at 12am. Doors for the afternoon festivities are 2pm, tickets are $10.
