Saleem graduated from one of the roughest high schools in NYC — Franklin K. Lane, graduation rate of 40%, to be shut down in 2011 for its poor performance. He went on to college and majored in art and ran around with a graffiti crew. Right now he’s a cashier at a bodega. At 25, he already feels like an “old man.” He’s thought about going back to school for architecture but thinks that by the time he graduates, it’d be too late to start a career. He does plan to return to art and pursue more creative (and legal) endeavors.

Saleem — Go back to Architecture school if that’s what you want. You’d be surprised by the number of well known architects that didn’t get their start until their 30s. Often after going back to school to change careers!
