I met Jackie Jacome and her neighbor at the corner of Bushwick and Kossuth Place. She spent the day out in the park and just got home for an impromptu sidewalk grill out. After a little prodding from her neighbor — “Your hair looks fine! You look fine! Go ahead and do it!” — she warmly agreed to chat with me on camera. She’s a sexually transmitted disease counselor and shares, “It’s never a boring day at the STD clinic.”

These are great, keep em coming! I always think with certain jobs, “who grows up wanting to be a proctologist, or an STD counselor, etc” — but I guess there’s always an aspect to like.
