Two-bedrooms this week, no railroads, $1350-$1600. Some really good stuff, some stuff that’s just okay. Also some more stuff in the Bushwick Classifieds.

$1600 — 2br: This is one of the best apartments I have seen in at least a year, a beautiful classic Bushwick apartment, with original moldings and inlaid parquet floors, a bit worn but in good condition. There is a private back yard and a washer/dryer! And you just absolutely cannot beat the location, a short walk to everything in prime Bushwick, too much to bother listing, with the quiet and leafy vibe of Ridgewood and an instant to the train. This will go in a second.
Starr and St. Nicholas | Jefferson L

$1499 — 2br: Maybe a bit much exposed brick here, but it’s a nice enough renovation — you’ll have to look past the tenant’s clutter. The location is very good a well, close to everything great in central Bushwick and a short block to the park and the best tacos in Bushwick.
Hart and Irving | DeKalb L

$1500 – 2br: Nice, bright renovation in here — sharp kitchen, wood floors, and it looks like central a/c. The location is pretty good near transportation and lots of places to eat and shop.
PETS OK | Wyckoff and Greene | DeKalb L/Knickerbocker M

$1350 — 2br: A nice renovation with good light, but the price is low because of the location, kinda far out — at least the owner realizes this, which is more than I could say for most others. Wood floors, cherry kitchen with stainless appliances, all that jazz.
