Three-bedrooms! Weird assortment, this week, but I had to go up to $1700 to find enough decent places. Enjoy, and don’t forget to check out the Bushwick Classifieds for other stuff.

$1399 — 3br: Inexpensive and nicely renovated, this place will cost three roommates $466/month, which is the best deal I have seen in a while. No, it’s not in the most convenient part of the hood but it has wood floors, great light, and an actually attractive kitchen with nice new appliances and cabinets and is close enough to Broadway conveniences and the train. And you can check out the Bushwick Avenue area’s brownstones and Victorians. It’s good.

$1500 — 3br: Very nice apartment with lovely original bordered parquet floors and lots of light. In the same area as the place above, but closer to the next subway down the line. In this case the rooms should be pretty large — they all have closets, that’s a plus. This will be in one of the pair of large brick apartment houses on Bushwick Avenue. Sexy.

$1600 — 3br: Listed this last month — it should not still be available, though it might need a price adjustment. Giant apartment with tons of light, some original details like fireplace and moldings, but also sports what looks like a vintage-70s kitchen — at least, it better be. I’d see if the landlord will rip out that nasty carpet, but if you don’t mind, to each his own. Good location near cafés and all the good stuff near the Myrtle JMZ like fresh produce at Mr. Kiwi and several options for fried or grilled chicken.
Willoughby and Broadway | Myrtle JMZ

$1650 — 3br: Very nice place, attractively renovated and with a half-bay front, which you can only really put your Christmas tree in, but whatever, it’s cool. This part of town is heavily owner-occupied and full of lovely tree-lined streets and brick-limestone rowhouses. Not terribly exciting but it’s a 5-minute bike ride to all the action.
Jefferson Av. and Irving | Myrtle-Wyckoff LM

$1700 — 3br: Nice place with eveyrthing in order, good light, exposed brick, wood floors, maybe that wacky light fixture could go but it’s not a deal-killer. Okay block near around the corner from Food Bazaar.
