The Daily News reports raids on two apartments near the Bushwick-Ridgewood border turned up a $10 million stash of cocaine – or 80 pounds (!!!) – and a small arsenal (of big firearms) on Tuesday.
The raid was called on after narcotics officers observed a drug deal in front of the Ridgewood apartment Monday afternoon. The search led cops to the white mountain, scales, and clues leading to a house in Bushwick, where officers found an AK-47 rifle, two Uzi submachine guns, five handguns, and ammo.
“It’s very rare to have a seizure of this size in these kinds of neighborhoods,” Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget Brennan told the Daily News.
As a result, four arrests were made: Carlos Rivera, 38, Ray Augirre, 35, Gabriel Valderrama, 32, all Queens residents, and the suspected customer Pedro Santana, 39, of Staten Island.

Dudes were selling on the street outside of a building with $10 million worth of coke? I’m pretty amazed they were able to amass this “white mountain” while being so stupid.

Ohhhh PLEEEEAAAAASEEEE.
Translation: It’s in my best interest to report to you that drug dealing and drug violence is uncommon in Bushwick, it is still say for you to move here! Everyone move move move!
This wasn’t said a few weeks ago when the cops found a million dollars worth of heroin in an apartment in Castle Hill.
Oh and that shit about them deciding to raid because they observed a drug deal going on outside? Do they REALLY think anyone believes this bullshit?
