Saturday at about 2am, police shot a 61-year-old man brandishing a BB gun at Linden Street and Myrtle Avenue after he pointed it at them. Witnesses on the street told the Daily News that the cops came out of their cars with guns drawn. A local resident told BushwickBK that the police then went door to door around 3am waking up residents to question them. Police had the street blocked off for over half the day while they investigated.
The man, James Crockett, is in stable condition at Elmhurst hospital.

Goddamn Jeremy is at it yet AGAIN!
Nice tone you have in this “article”.
The police did not go waking up residents to “interrogate” them. They knocked on doors to see if anyone saw or heard anything. As is proper police protocol.
Get off your high horse and go back to Miami you insane, self righteous asshole.

Changed to “question” — sorry for poor wording. I didn’t mean to imply that it was anything but standard and acceptable protocol. Other than that, I don’t know what motivated the rest of your wacko comment. Take a xanax.
