This one was buried deep in the photo pool, but seeing this creepy children’s toy hanging from barbed wire made the effort worthwhile.  Titled “mobile,” the picture was taken by tellzoe (a personal favorite) and reminds us that plastic bags aren’t the only things that get stuck on fences.
