I occasionally see the gates rolled halfway up, but still no real activity. Just one worker guy moping about and no sign of the proprietors.

I don’t know if anyone has an inside scoop on what happened to Phorum, Roy, but I can tell you that they closed for “vacation” in August and have not opened since. They have an official website that indicates they would be back on Sept 22 ( http://phorumonstarr.com/ ) but that didnt happen. I still hold out hope that they will return but the general guess going around is that Phorum may not have had enough business to sustain itself or that they got in deeper than they could handle. If that is the case, it’s a shame… the entire staff were all very nice and would be missed.
