Alfred’s right: Use the hateration as motivation…and to the idiot who posted the very first, and negative comment (“Gag me”) relating to your definition of a lifestyle brand: really? Own an Apple computer? ipod? iphone? Ever been to the Genius Bar or attended a free seminar on how to use some application? Go to Starbucks? Ever accepted a free taste of a new blend? Or brought in an internet-only coupon for a free Tall? If not, then, ok, cool – go back up under the rock where you live and chill. But if you have, or consume/purchase any number of any other products/services out there from McDonald’s, Microsoft, Nike, Coke, ZipCar, Disney, etc., etc., then you, my friend, have participated in someone’s “lifestyle branding.” Get a clue and stop pissing on someone else’s parade.
Go Jenny! And kudos for having the balls to stick it out in Bushwick!
