This building sounds awesome on the tour, but once you move in, you find out that things are not as they seem. Taylor will pressure you to sign a lease and will promise the world to get you to do so. Laundry was mysteriously raised from 1.50 to 2.50 with no notice! dog park? don’t buy it. game room? believe it when you see it. this place is way under construction, and its administration are slick salesmen, not building managers. come back when the place is done.

I recently moved to castle braid, and I can attest that the whole place is indeed a marketing gimmick.

Obviously the execs at Bushwicks are doing something right by showcasing the artistic styling’s of Rob Saywitz. His painting, “Musical Trilogy” adorns my Los Angeles residence. Your taste in art shines thru with your choices in exhibitors!

wow. what would entice you into moving between evergreen and wilson? well if you have a mustache, or are a super angsty 25 year old, then the money grubbing fuckers that built the place are the only thing enticing you to move in. high renter fees? YES! fixed rent for lower income persons? NO! fucking bastards. all I know is that my neighbors and I do not want this in our neighborhood.
