The Brooklyn Eagle reports that Bushwick Playground on Putnam and Knickerbocker is getting a big-bucks upgrade starting with a recent ground-breaking this weekend, and from the sound of it it will be more in line with the upgrades at the popular Fermi Playground on Central and Troutman — spray fountain, basketball hoops, exercise area etc., and lots of landscaping.
