Many of you have probably seen this article already in NY Magazine about Williamsburg’s Miamiesque condo bust, and I read it today just out of general interest in the subject of real estate. Amazingly, it ends on an up note about a Bushwick-based — and by “based” I mean both his office AND apartment, which he lives in with a roommate, is here in Bushwick — making money in Williamsburg where head-in-the-clouds big shots lost their asses. Wild.
