This week, we listed some three-bedroom apartments that caught out eye around the neighborhood, from historic and lovely to new and sleek.
$1800 — 3br: I thought this was a bit too expensive, but Diego says considering what’s going on at Myrtle-Broadway lately (Beauty Bar, Hibachi Tiki BBQ whatever, and rumors of other stuff) — and that it’s only $600 a person — it’s not too bad a price, especially considering the great wood floors, some original details, and bright, open spaces.

$1900 — 3br: For the history junkies, an amazingly intact — chandeliers!? — full-floor Victorian apartment. Insane moldings, trims, pocket doors, dark wood floors, and from the peek we have, the bathroom looks nice. Strongly recommend.
Suydam and Broadway | street view | Myrtle-Broadway JM
$1998 — 3br: I’m always put off by professionals who misspell words they should know more than any other — like, words that pertain to their profession — and when every third word is screwed up, my spidey sense is really tingling. But this apartment does seem to be VERY nice and if you can get past the absolutely bizarre illiteracy of the agent, you might end up with a great pad overlooking the park, with exposed brick, quartz countertops, a dishwasher, a “soaking tub,” laundry in the building, and more. And of course, close to “sopping.”
Starr and Irving | street view | Jefferson L
$1800 — 3br: Okay, definitely at least $100 overpriced — see if you can negotiate there — for the location (not bad, but a bit out there), but the kitchen is very nice and everything looks great. And the fireplace is real!
