The Broadway Triangle, the 31-acre brownfield site on the edge of Bushwick, will one day be remediated and constructed into affordable housing properties. Until then, different interest groups in North Brooklyn will be fighting over who gets to control the site’s development. The latest episode in this minor saga took place at a Community Board One meeting, where a spontaneous demonstration disrupted a City Housing Department’s rezoning presentation.
