Showpaper founder Joe Ahearn curated a selection of his favorite show posters at Silent Barn in “Queens, barely.” A wall each was devoted to the lush screen prints of poster collectives and frequent Silent Barn collaborators Famous Class and Tingle Fingers respectively, but gig posters by others were also included. In the age of the email announcements, it was refreshing to see so many talented artists using this classic medium.
