I wonder if the big old doggy they had in the alley way died. Just realized that I haven’t noticed him/her in a while. Nor the rank smell of pee that said doggy created in that alleyway.

i love this house. I always walked by wondering if it would ever go on the market. someone should buy it so i can stop thinking about it.

It will be stupid to sell in the correct market, that property in a good market with all the things coming to Bushwick will be much more expensive than $449,000
