$1450 — 2br: Great price for a full two-bedroom (not railroad) in this location. It’s not the prettiest block, but it is convenient to all the subway stops and Bushwick’s good food and drink spots, especially newly opened Tandem a couple blocks away. Everything looks new, if bland, but it does seem to be on a high floor. Please, when you move in, paint the damn window trim and baseboards white.

$2100 — 3br: These are newly-renovated apartments in a nice brick building facing the north end of María Hernández Park. Wood floors, some painted brick walls, windows all around, and views of the park. The location is ideal, a quick walk to almost everything new and cool in Bushwick. The price seems a bit high but the owner assures me the photos do it no justice — check it out and decide for yourself. Price has been lowered and new photos are available.

$1199 — 2br rr: Cute place, great price, in a pretty good location. Old moldings and tin ceilings, good light, a little bit raggedy here and there but nothing out of the ordinary. A solid place.

$1500 –2br: Over-renovated, but at least not under-so. Excellent price for the location — makes me think the apartment is smaller than normal. Everything is new in here; there’s even a glass tile backsplash. And, the owner would like you to know there’s an “exhaust fan in bathroom.” Wasn’t aware that was a luxury item.

$1175 — studio/loft: Seems a little pricey but there’s something about it I like. This is a great block: quiet, clean, pretty, and has a pretty good supermarket down the street. It’s also convenient to the LM hub and near lots of interesting Ridgewood stuff.
