$1800 — 3br: A bit pricey, but quite well done and full of salvaged old details. New kitchen could be a bit more “sensitive” to the rest of the apartment and the bathroom seems weird with exposed brick but it’s a very nice place, especially if you like ebonized wood floors. Great location.
