The Brooklyn Paper reports that the credit crunch has ruined drug company Pfizer’s plans to develop their former plant site into possibly thousands of units of housing for all income brackets. This probably means yuppie-hating Vito Lopez will try even urgently to try to steal the land and build all low-income housing. Hold on, Pfizer, it’s going to be a bumpy ride (-out).
