A tipster sent in a photo of the storefront next to recently opened Olive Valley — what was a cruddy loading dock a couple months ago is now another glassy box to match its neighbors. Rumor has it that “Eastern District” (Bushwick shares Brooklyn’s Eastern District with Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and East New York) is going to be a new gallery — the rent must be pretty good if they’re opening in this climate. It would join Ad Hoc on the block. The area is really starting to shape up and fill in!
