The house seems set strangely far back from its neighbor, but with a good garden set up and some vines, this might make for a nice courtyard feel. The ad says there are fruit trees — likely fig or peach — in the back yard. And the L train is just a few hundred feet around the corner. Other pluses are some intact woodwork and I think the ad hints at a finished basement, which might make for some good extra income.
