		<description>That seems fine with me, especially since the character of the building will have to be preserved. In fact, this could make a really great residential conversion.</description>

		<description>This is a very positive development. Hopefully, some more of the fine buildings further down Bushwick Ave. will also be considered in the future.

If you didn&#039;t notice it, a residential district in Ridgewood also appears on the Landmark Commission&#039;s agenda. While this area has been listed as an area of historical significance, I believe this represents the initial attempt to actually landmark it. Anyhow, a very fine step in the right direction.</description>

		<description>I think the building has been closed down since the days of prohibition, circa 1920. And, landmarking it will prevent any development in it? Historically, I&#039;m glad for the building... but I question what the value is going forward.</description>
