$2300-2500 — lofts: Some huge, beautiful, well-appointed apartments available here — loft living without the slob aspect. The Bushwick side of Flushing has the more “grown-up” conversions. And props to the agent for saying it’s near East Williamsburg instead of in it.

The bit of the bathroom we can see looks kind of kooky but the place overall seems decent. And it’s a block from Mr. Kiwi’s for some of your organical needs.

Himrod & Knickerbocker is really bad crime-wise. There’ve been a bunch of burglaries on that strip of Himrod in the last few months.

There have been a bunch of burglaries and attempted burglaries on every block over the course of months. Himrod is not some special vortex of crime.

Wow. That Decatur and Wilson was listed 2 months ago when we moved into our place. I guess no one wants to live at the edge of the world. hehe.
