Still some epic wtfs going on with the Lumbini Garden development at 326 Melrose. On Trulia, it’s still listed as a Prudential Douglas Elliman listing, and the provided link to that company’s website still does not work. The lovely and so sane Janet Corona is still listed as the agent for the property on the condo’s website. But then scrolling further down the list, the eye can’t miss a listing for the Lumbini penthouse — a one-bedroom for $543,000. Cough, what? That’s not all — it’s listed with another agent at a completely different brokerage!
Dear Lumbini Garden developers: get your act together. If you want to sell this place, you better make it easier for potential clients to find out who to call. Hopefully it’s someone who doesn’t ALLCAPS ATTACK them.

Hey, it’s called a co-brokered listing, and there seem to be more of them lately. Probably because the sellers and agents are doing everything they can to move places that aren’t selling.

This is my first development in Bushwick and we work really hard to make it nice both exterior and interior.
I love the Artist Atmosphere and the future growing potential of the area. We welcome anyone to stop by to take a look at our work.
You can go to http://www.lumbinigarden.com and see the design of interior living space. (Click on Kitchen)
Hope you guys like it,
Sincerely
