Bushwick Apartment Roundup: Lofts!

Real lofts in warehouses, not loft-”like” apartments. Check em out:

$1700: Fabulous. Awesome windows, views of the city from the second level. White Street has some really pretty old warehouses, and you’re but steps to everything Morgantown. Pluses: for those of you who enjoy your quiet time, it’s “not one of these ‘party loft buildings’”; and no bedbugs! How nice.

$2500: Insane windows here, the light pours in. Under renovation but doubtless will be very nice. 1000sqft is gigantic! One short block from the train.

$2295: I’m thinking “LIVE IN TRENDY WILLIAMSBURG!” is a typo. You know, a slip of the fingers. Anyway, if you want a loft but don’t want to slum it, come over to the more mature side of Flushing near the Jefferson L. Awkward but nice kitchen area, slick bathroom, great big wooden columns and original floors. The window is meh but maybe it’s better without curtains.

$2300: No photos of the unit itself, but everything in this building is super nice. The building is a condo, so this is definitely not a party (or even really artist) loft. Building has roof deck and garden.
