$1350 — 2br: Bright, charming, and in decent shape — this apartment has everything going for it except location. It’s a bit far form the action, but you can’t beat the price for the space. This area has several blocks of these pretty brick courtyard buildings — back in the day, they were a bit more upscale than North Bushwick’s railroad tenements.

$1425 — 2br: Another one of these Tudory places are available. All original wood floors, decorative moldings, and tile. Lots of light, eat-in kitchen, french doors. These buildings have been kept in impeccable shape over the years. Yes, far from stuff, but the price is worth the walk/train ride.

$1100 — 1br: Can’t tell much but that this place is bright and cheap. Intercom and “very large kitchen.” The location is okay — it’s at least convenient to transportation. Not bad.

$1499 — 2br: The functional, bright kitchen with a great layout (and dishwasher!) sells this place for me. Wood floors, alleged views, and one thousand square feet. The location is fine. This is great.

$1399 — 2br: Exposed brick, bay front, wood floors, and a private yard. Down far on Bushwick Avenue, but you’ll never lack for scenery of all kinds.
