$1300 — 2br rr: The ad is right — this is a great find. This railroad is about $300 less than most similar apartments in the area, and is acceptably renovated. Close to all the good stuff — food, art, basics shopping, and recreation — this side of Bushwick has to offer. Baring any strange catches, I’d jump on this.

$1599 — 2br (rr?): I’m still surprised that this is the latest price for two-bedrooms (usually railroads) in North Bushwick. Well, suck it up, it’s all there is. The apartment itself is nothing special, but the location is good if you want this side of town, and though the agent mentions two subway stations, those are the two that people at this intersection don’t tend to use.

$1785 — 3br loft: Really high ceilings and a great price for this loft on Broadway. I hate boxed rooms in these places, but I guess that’s the most practical way to rent them. Good neutral kitchen and lots of exposed brick. Location is *shrug* but it’s right near the train.
