In Mr. Lisberg's rather poorly crafted article, I can see his implication that one should question the integrity of the city's DHP bidding process but that does not suggest that RBSCC was out of line in bidding for part of the award, does it? I am having to move because the apartment I am in now is falling into it's basement. For real - the city had to get involved to help fix it!
