Dear apartment hunters: when you call on apartments you see here, please mention you saw it on BushwickBK.com!

$2200 — 3br: It’s pricey until you factor in that every single utility is included, even wireless internet and cable. And at 950sqft it’s huge! Nice paint job, big kitchen, has a pretty yard out back, too. Just a few blocks in any direction to all of Bushwick’s stuff to do and eat.

$5900 — loft: Okay, I know the price seems outlandish, but it’s a two-level, 2000sqft loft. Yeah, they went cheapo on the kitchen and it really is a depressing contrast with the loft’s total fabulousness. But this place is insane — look at the views, the light, the floors, the sheer space. It has eight bedrooms carved into it right now, but you can change that as you please. I have no idea what the significance of “where Brooklyn at?” is.

$1500 — 2br: This is newly renovated, not constructed, despite the ad’s claims. There are no new buildings I can think of on Knickerbocker directly facing the park. That said, it’s a decent place and has views of the park. Good enough, but so far, not impressed with the parkfront renovations I have seen.
Knickerbocker and Starr Jefferson L

$1350 — 2br: Good price for a two-bedroom that’s not a railroad. Super location close to Knickerbocker’s stores and park. Not a fan of the floors but they’re passable, and it has a cool old iron fireplace and other wood details.
Suydam and Wilson Morgan or Jefferson L/Myrtle J/Central M

$975 — 1br: Cheap! Ridgewood! Cute and very basic.

Bushwick wannabe: Patchen and Decatur!? Not by 5 loooooong Bed-Stuy blocks is this Bushwick.
