Yes! Love the links you put in the “Bushwick Clicks”. Kepp themm coming. Of course, it doesn’t mean you have to do it every week if there is nothing going on….some weeks you may have more than you can deal with…others nothing….do it when you have the stuff….it is appreciated!

Breaking Bushwick News::
A cat gave birth to 3 really adorable kittens on Woodbine Street. They are all black with blue eyes. Parents are not available for a comment nor for a scratch behind the ear. The triplets are doing well and climbing over each other.

I enjoy your blog and read it 2 or 3 times a week. I am a Bushwick resident formerly from Williamsburg and a single mom. There are very few like me around so it would be nice to meet the neighbors. I have a blog and do write about Bushwick and Williamsburg but I don’t update it enough for it to be compelling.

I check it out about 3 times a week. Being a former resident (1950-1970), I like seeing how things are coming back to life in the old ‘hood.

Are you kidding? Did you not read the NYT real estate section this week with its lead story on renters affected by the mortgage crisis? Two most horrific examples -- with photo of hovel apparently made of driftwood and caving in -- were both in Bushwick. Never mind that the cases had not much to do with the story. Landlords had disappeared years earlier, no one knows why, had nothing to do with recent mortgage crisis, but housing made a great photo.
