how big is chez bushwick? the guy pays $2900 a month for it, is that living cheap in bushwick these days? that’s a damn mortgage payment!
so he’s trying to say that because he and his artsy friends live in the more industrial area, he’s not displacing families or in any way affecting the cultural ecosystem. whatever get you through the night, bub.
