Asking about pricing is of course pointless at this stage. “It looks like it’s going on three stories, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it went to four,” he said.

hey where else did i see a photo of this? i saw it somewhere else, didn’t realize it was from the street in which i live!
i sincerely doubt our tagger was a hood rat (ie from the neighborhood). the curly-q script and anachronistic ‘you go girl’ written below it says to me it was some white kid from across the street at 345.

Is this the corner of Irving and Eldert? If so, that will be a nice improvement, I think that’s been a junkyard there for years.
Now they need to build something on the opposite corner vacant lot, at the corner of Knickerbocker and Eldert.

I live on covert and Irving.. And I’m a lil ticked because parking around here is very very limited.. Just to think 20 or plus familes moving in sooon is CRAZY!

I also have seen the progress on this project. I live on Covert and Irving, too. I wonder if the owner will contact the owner of the “parking space” right next to it and make it one.
