weird that the Times can’t print that naughty word. i was at the show and the author understated the menace. it was quite a sight to behold. part of me is like, these kids today who aren’t even smart enough to take their glasses off in the mosh pit, they pretend they’re punks. well some real punks (more in the urban vernacular) showed up just looking to kick anybody’s ass. do the math.
but then, who are these dicks who pay $7 apiece just to fight? you can pick a fight on any (every) street corner in the neighborhood.
maybe it’s all in the attitude, the hardcore kids in ’83 probably got injured worse and they reportedly loved it :)
