Dear apartment hunters: when you call on apartments you see here, please mention you saw it on BushwickBK.com!

#1 — $1750 — loft: I cannot resist the loft. Those things that should be rough, are; those that should be slick, are. Nice kitchen and bathroom, huge wood beams and pillars. A downside is the single window, but they are large and it seems to light the space well. Secured entry, roofdeck, and laundry in the building.
PETS OK Troutman and Cypress (guess) Jefferson L

#2 — $1250 — 2br rr: Your basic railroad set-up, nice shape, big kitchen, wood floors. I love the super tall windows in these buildings.
CATS OK Greene and Wyckoff DeKalb L/Knickerbocker M

#3 — $1100 — 1br: Cheesy renovation but decent digs in a great location right on the park.
PETS OK Knickerbocker and Willoughby Jefferson L

#4 — $2000 — 4br: This is a nice-looking place. The apartment seems to have some of the finished basement included, which is great for making lots of noise, if that’s your thing. Nice Ikea kitchen, wood floors, has an old fireplace with a…cracker in it? The bay front is great, too.
PETS OK Bushwick and Covert Halsey J

#5 — $1300 — 1br: Not a lot of info and only one photo but I had to list this: 30×16 bedroom! Here is one case where they could have divided a room into two and nobody would have been upset. All main utilities are included and it’s in a Bushwick Avenue brownstone.
Bushwick and DeKalb Kosciuszko J

from the wtf file: Extra modern stunning kitchen? No. And why did they hire a decorator to stage it to appeal to 80-year-olds? Looks like a nursing home suite.
