Dear apartment hunters: when you call on apartments you see here, please mention you saw it on BushwickBK.com!

#1 — $1575 — 3br: This agent’s inventory is amazing. This apartment in particular caught my eye for the sunlight streaming in every window, the gleaming wood floors, and the attractive period moldings. It’s in near Ridgewood, right near plenty of food options and transportation.
CATS OK Seneca and Putnam Seneca M/Myrtle LM

#2 — $2200 — 4br: It’s a whole two-story, 1600sqft house with a back yard. Not gorgeous but not bad, either. Not too bad of a location. All things being equal, I’m lukewarm about this place, but it’s a good deal for an entire house.
Putnam and Evergreen Gates JZ

#3 — $1350 — loft: This is in the Opera House “Dorms” on Arion Place. Decent price for the space, and the building has a gym area, a “lounge,” a rehearsal room, laundry, and free coffee (?), among other things.
Arion and Broadway Myrtle JMZ

#4 — $1100 — 2br rr: Blah place, but damn cheap and in good shape. Good location, near shopping.
DeKalb and Knickerbocker DeKalb L/Central M

#5 — $1400 — 2br: Two “master” bedrooms — shouldn’t that mean two en suite bathrooms? Anyway, very nice place, pretty bay front, but pretty far down there.
PETS OK Bushwick and Chauncey Chauncey J/Wilson L

Bushwick wannabe: There’s plenty of fuzziness involved in drawing the boundaries of Bushwick, but come on — north of Johnson, it’s definitely some kind of Williamsburg.

Dishonorable mention: Actually, not as bad now: it seems aptsandlofts.com has dropped the price on their soulless 3/2 to $2850. Less ridiculous now.
