I live in this building and it’s certainly not luxurious, but I love it anyway. The ceiling in my bedroom kind of fell down due to a leak, but the landlord had it fixed it quickly. It’s a solidly OK building, I guess.

looks like a faux fortress, ugly! like the stuff the Hasids build and slap a million window grates on….I always wondering if they were afraid of escapes or break ins.

I don’t know, it seems like most of these places get rented to students. At least in my part of Bushwick.

Just because the buildings are right up to the property lines doesn’t mean that the SUVs won’t be parking there. Pedestrian traffic rates low when the luxury vehicles need a place to rest.
