It&#039;s more like, &quot;eh, I&#039;ll allow it.&quot; It&#039;s really a crap block compared to plenty of very nice Ridgewoody blocks of Bushwick. But for Bushwicky East Williamsburg, yeah, it&#039;s ok.</description>

		<description>I think it&#039;s kind of funny that you mention this block as being &quot;dingy&quot;. I always liked this block of Montrose bw Humboldt and Bushwick.....you have Montrose Flats on one side....nice buildings. Also the Vortex is up a ways..and there are a few pretty nice old brick buildings as well. It&#039; a decent block..and actually pretty nice as far as Bushwick standards go.</description>
