Actually, Jay, these are brick. But for frame homes, I have seen all kinds of colors that look good.

It’s nice to see St. Nicholas Ave. getting some attention. I grew up in one of those houses in the seventies. St. Nicholas Ave. was the last good street before the urban decay began. Luckly that street survived the arsons.
