#1 looks pretty nice, but 1800 for a 2 br and a walk to the subway? lofty looking though. is that a real loft they picture, doesn't look big up there at all, and looks more like a fire escape route from the hallway.

#2 $1650 isn't a real bargain but average. backyard is a plus but you have to go through the basement.

$1800 2 br loft has ugly kitchen cabinets.
#3 price is right.

#4 can someone explain how something can be a floor through but not RR style? what's going on here?

#5 the kitchen is gorgeous and spacious, i think i like the tiles in the bathroom although they look a little dizzy. i think i'm in love with dark grey tiles and stainles steel fixtures.

ripoff alert #1 i am in love with the morgan L stop area, but $3k is a bit much for this. if you are going for a loft look don't put those spindles on. the troutman lofts were billed as being more expensive than others in the hood.

bushwick wanna be: not bad nice trim, near good trains, but that area is a little rough.

dishonorable mention - what a cheap looking kitchen
