#2 — $1300 — 1 bedroom: Not such a hot location neighborhoodwise, but much closer to the City on the Flushing JMZ and does have decent food options nearby. Looks like a good, if overly-fancified renovation. PETS OK “3 blocks to Flushing JMZ”

#3 — $1650 — 3 bedroom: Huge, bright space, 1100sqft, shiny wood floors, passable renovation, two full baths. Evergreen and Gates

#4 — $1600 — 2 bedroom: Are those tin ceilings!? I don’t know, something about this place seems very cool. New kitchen and bath but some great old details still there. Only thing is, the agency is closed on Saturdays. *cough* Bleecker and Wyckoff

#5 — $1500 — studio loft: Has a loft bed area…not terribly great except it just looks interesting. Diagonal wood floors and good light. PETS OK Myrtle and Himrod
