Sorry to say I decided to finish my patio this weekend and just hang out at the gallery-slash-BBQ next door instead of going around. By the time I decided to go see a few studios (on my way to the Knick-Starr Associated to get BBQ stuff), the one on Wilson was closed cuz I guess someone had a baby. It's a girl.

Who else went?

I watched the parade entering MH Park from Knickerbocker. It was cool. There was not a non-white face to be found in the proceedings which disappointed me. Nothing I can do about that though. There were some interesting costumes and get-ups. Very cool to watch it from my apartment window especially. We're currently redoing the floors and painting. My move in date is 6/19. I wish it was over already actually. LOL

I didn't go, sorry. If it were in the hood would be easier but I just don't have the time. If someone wants to make the trip and write a bit about it and take some pictures, I'll be more than happy to post it here.

Hi,
Nice stuff happening here.
Wasn't there supposed to be some kind of Historical Bushwick exhibit or what. If so, can you please give us the scoop.
Thanks again for this great place
